Participation of Representatives of the State Electoral Commission of the Republic of Croatia at the observation of the elections to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, 9 February 2025

Following the invitation of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kosovo, representatives of the State Electoral Commission of the Republic of Croatia, Ivana Katava Marošević and Maja Žeravica, Advisors to the Commission, took part at the observation of the elections to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which were held on 9 February 2025. 

 

In addition to the representatives from the Republic of Croatia, observers from Armenia, Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and North Macedonia also participated at the election observation. 

 

The Croatian representatives attended a meeting with the Central Election Commission and delegates from the other observing states, during which the Central Election Commission presented the electoral system and all aspects of how the elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo were implemented. On election day, the representatives of the State Electoral Commission of the Republic of Croatia monitored the electoral process—from the opening of polling stations, through the voting procedures, to the closing of polling stations and the counting of the results.
