Commission Secretariat

The Commission Secretariat supports the work of the Commission providing legal, administrative and technical support. It manages the work of the Expert Service and it also deals with HR, archiving, material-financial affairs (including accounting, budgeting, public procurement), IT, international cooperation, facility maintenance, web-page maintenance, etc.

The Commission Secretariat is headed by the Commission Secretary General who is also managing the Expert Service as a whole. The following civil servants are employed in the Commission Secretariat: Deputy Secretary General, two Senior Expert Advisors- Advisors to the Commission, two Senior Expert Advisors- Advisors to the Commission for material and financing affairs, three Administrative Secretaries as well as a janitor.
